No words said, No vows taken, No story created to remember.
No promises are made to stay forever.
No thoughts exchanged to be together.
All futile, all impuissant, as a prayer from an ungrateful heart.
What words and gestures could never dream of,
A reticent smile said it all.
Eyes brought me innocence, when the first time they met my friend,
Caring, sharing, its nature said my heart next time we met.
